1、负责国际化商业化广告及达人相关产品建设；通过产品和策略设计，帮助广告主在平台高效高质完成创意制作及达人匹配，同时帮助达人更好地实现变现； 2、负责优化达人和创意相关产品的客户旅程，让广告主、达人与其服务机构合作流程更畅通，体验更好； 3、负责与各区域运营沟通合作，明确梳理不同区域的差异化需求，设计通用解决方案； 4、理解创意和达人相关的业务逻辑，抽象过程中遇到的核心问题，并通过调研完成产品设计； 5、通过数据分析，明确当前业务增长的问题及痛点，与运营协同完成增长策略的设计。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读； 2、英语口语、写作能力流畅，可适应多语言工作环境； 3、积极主动，愿意深入理解业务，对业务及用户需求敏感并擅长沟通； 4、有同理心、责任感、自驱力，具备优秀的项目管理及推动能力，有互联网平台、商业化、ToB或合作伙伴生态产品实习经验优先； 5、有良好的逻辑思维能力，数据敏感，擅长通过数据分析问题。
