1、参与生成式召回与粗排系统建设，探索将大语言模型/生成式模型引入广告召回与粗排链路，针对海量内容利用多模态大模型的内容理解和表征能力进行语义ID构建，推动广告系统从多层级联判别式链路向端到端生成式架构演进，提升系统泛化能力，以此为基础进行全链路高效Scaling-Up； 2、参与精排研发，包括Foundation Model、知识蒸馏、长序列行为建模、Large Recommendation Model架构设计与大规模训练优化，持续提升搜索广告排序质量； 3、参与精排模型效率优化，探索模型压缩、计算加速、训练与推理成本降低等工程方向，支撑大模型在线服务落地； 4、参与LLM与LRM的协同训练研究，探索跨任务联合表示与能力迁移，参与Query意图理解与搜索相关性建模，提升多语言、多文化场景下的广告检索精准度； 5、参与AI搜索、广告创意智能生成等前沿方向的探索与落地； 6、与产品、工程及运营团队协作，推动算法能力快速落地，覆盖Ti。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机科学、计算机工程或相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握一种或多种编程语言，包括但不限于：Python、Go、C/C++； 3、在以下领域之一具有经验和良好理解：搜索、广告、推荐、电商、商业化产品；有推荐/搜索系统模型开发经验和训推经验；有LLM预训练、SFT、RLHF或LLM和推荐联合训练经验； 4、具备较强的问题分析能力，能独立拆解复杂问题并提出清晰可落地的解决方案；有跨职能、跨文化团队协作经验，适应国际化业务节奏； 5、在顶级会议/期刊上发表过高质量论文，如ACL/EMNLP/NAACL/NIPS等。
