日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与字节跳动内容消费行业效果广告的投放策略，深入理解行业生意模式、经营痛点与广告主诉求，通过优化投放漏斗，解决客户投放问题，提升客户的投放效果和行业收入； 2、对信息流广告充分熟悉，能通过数据分析发现问题、并提出问题的解决方案； 3、跨部门协同行业产品、广告研发、产品运营、销售等相关团队，共同达成业务目标。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、可连续实习，每周可保证4天到岗，有广告产品相关实习经验，有商业化投放策略相关经验优先； 3、具备较高的工作热情，有较强的自我驱动能力，能主动发现问题、解决问题、达成目标，具备良好的逻辑思维能力、沟通能力及团队协作能力，有强烈的好奇心； 4、具备优秀的跨团队协作能力，可以与研发、设计、数据科学等团队高效合作。
