日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：国际电商是根植于多样、个性的直播和短视频的内容电商业务，致力于用互动式的趣味购物体验丰富生活，使全球商贸高效而触手可及。国际化电商业务团队希望让用户拥有个性、灵活、高效的消费体验，也希望以适用各种场景的稳定服务辅助商家更好的销售物美价廉的商品，让美好生活触手可及。

1、根据公司战略目标与方向，参与电商商家、达人的激励项目的审核评估，多团队沟通工作，驱动业务目标达成； 2、参与各类电商专项分析工作，协助进行数据提取、加工、处理分析、图表制作，协助撰写业务分析报告； 3、协助梳理通用性审批原则，通过数据分析和模型测算，优化相关成本/收益测算模型。

1、本科及以上学历在读，统计/经济/管理等相关专业优先； 2、有咨询公司、PEVC实习经历，电商平台实习经验优先，具备良好的专业能力（包括但不限于Office，如模型搭建，数据分析，问题拆解等）； 3、具有行业研究分析的基本能力，精通SQL及可视化分析工具是加分项； 4、具备较强的学习能力，好奇心，自驱力及结构化思维；有责任心，良好的沟通能力，能较好配合团队工作； 5、实习期保证3个月以上，每周工作4天以上，能长期实习优先。
