1、为国际化电商搜索广告竞价效率负责，深入理解搜索广告排序链路、竞价逻辑与客户需求，主导指标体系和关键策略的设计与落地，持续提升广告投放效率、流量变现效率； 2、负责排序机制、投放策略产品建设，结合电商行业特性、广告主营销诉求以及用户搜索意图，持续优化客户投放体验与经营效果，为业务增长负责； 3、关注语义理解、多模态、AIGC、智能化投放等前沿趋势，推动新技术在搜索广告场景中的应用落地，打造新的客户价值与业务增长点。

1、本科及以上学历，1年以上商业产品经理工作经验，有竞价广告或策略产品相关经验者优先； 2、逻辑清晰，具备优秀的数据分析能力和全局视野，能从数据中发现问题并定位机会，将复杂的业务逻辑转化为清晰、可落地的产品方案； 3、结果导向，沟通与协同能力强，能有效驱动跨职能团队（如研发、运营）紧密合作，共同推进项目。
