1、参与生活服务广告业务的策略优化，围绕直播广告、短视频广告、智能优惠券（QCPX）等场景，提升商家投放效果和平台商业收入； 2、参与竞价广告流量策略和投放机制优化，包括广告竞价排序、出价调控、流量协同、转化归因等方向，通过数据分析发现问题、验证假设，持续提升投放ROI和跑量能力； 3、参与广告与AI营销融合的新方向探索，将LLM大模型应用在广告投放、智能诊断、素材生产（AIGC）、及营销决策（营销Agent）等场景，探索新的商业模式和增长机会； 4、深入餐饮、综合、酒旅等生活服务行业，理解不同行业和场景下的商家经营诉求，参与定制行业营销解决方案，推动业务协作团队快速落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、有互联网广告产品、AI/Agent、或本地生活相关行业的实习经验优先； 3、对生活服务、电商、互联网广告或AI营销方向有兴趣，愿意深入理解商家经营、用户消费和平台商业化逻辑； 4、对AI、智能体营销方向有热情，愿意探索AI与广告结合的新机会； 5、具备较好的逻辑思维、数据敏感度和问题拆解能力，熟悉SQL、Python等相关数据工具/项目实践经验者优先； 6、具备优秀的跨团队沟通合作能力，可协调多方资源达成目标共识；喜欢挑战和追求细致，有良好的自我管理能力。
