1、负责抖音社区治理的大模型策略设计与应用，聚焦违法违规、色情低俗等安全风险识别，及治理运营能力的AI化建设，提升治理效果与治理效率； 2、推动样本标注、数据构建、模型训练/评测/上线的流程与机制建设，协同算法、标注、研发与运营团队，保障迭代节奏、效果稳定性与可控性； 3、抽象治理流程并沉淀平台化能力，推动基于大模型的机审防控、知识库、分析研判等能力模块建设，覆盖音频、图像、文本及多模态场景，并持续优化接入效率与复用效果； 4、建设治理效果评估体系，围绕准确率/召回率、误杀率/漏放率、处置时延、覆盖率、稳定性等指标进行监控与分析，推动策略规模化上线并对结果负责。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，数学、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、具备CV、NLP等算法背景，有大模型应用落地相关经验或项目经历，理解大模型运作链路与评估方法，熟悉并不限于预训练、SFT、RAG、Agent、PE等方向； 3、数据与工程意识扎实，能围绕业务目标完成问题拆解、实验设计与效果分析，具备较强的逻辑思维与结果导向； 4、学习能力强，自驱力强，具备良好的项目推进与跨团队沟通协作能力，能够在不确定性中推动方案落地。
