1、负责国际支付营销活动全流程交付，涵盖营销活动批次创建、活动测试及营销实验配置； 2、统筹营销资金全周期管理，依据合作模式制定资金方案，维护核心账户与预算计划，完成活动账单输出及垫资类业务的发票、收款处理； 3、负责外包团队全流程管理，包括人员招聘、培训与任务分配，把控工作质量；按考核标准完成供应商结算，控制人员流失率，根据业务增量调整人力配置； 4、协同内部多团队（运营、增长、财务等），推动预算切分、业务需求落地与优化，保障营销运营工作高效推进。

1、本科及以上学历，3-5年用户增长运营或整合营销活动相关工作经验，有信用支付或电商行业经验优先； 2、逻辑清晰，有敏锐的业务意识，较强的自驱力，以目标结果为导向，有团队协作意识，能够积极推动业务合作落地； 3、能够独立操盘项目，有较强的方案设计能力和数据敏感度，资源整合能力佳； 4、具有良好的沟通、谈判能力，跨部门共建能力，富有激情、创造性和责任心，对营销玩法有自己的思考和沉淀； 5、有一定的数据分析能力，能够通过对各种运营数据的归纳、分析，发现问题并解决问题； 6、可使用英语处理日常部分工作沟通，流畅使用于合作方的对接交流。
