团队介绍：CQC-模型运维部门隶属抖音集团内容质量与数据服务平台（CQC），核心使命是通过机审模型能力的建设、运维及工程基建，赋能集团内外部平台安全、生态治理场景，提升审核效率与质量，同时致力于挖掘可复用的通用提效能力，推动通用技术能力在审核领域的规模化应用。

ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、负责内容生态场景的模型训练及应用，独立完成模型训练全链路工作，包括大模型调用、微调、评估优化，以及机器学习和深度学习模型的训练与工程化落地； 2、深入理解业务需求与数据特征，从业务目标出发设计大模型或大、小模型协同解决方案，通过Prompt工程、RAG、微调等技术提升内容识别、理解、内容治理等场景的应用效果，优化业务流程和效率； 3、主导大模型在业务中的创新应用，搭建领域适配的微调方案，设计多模型融合策略，优化模型部署上线流程，推动大模型规模化落地； 4、持续跟踪AI前沿技术动态，推动大模型与行业知识库、业务规则的结合，构建可复用的模型能力中台； 5、高效规范管理模型项目需求，做好经验沉淀，将训练经验扩展至多业务场景，保障项目投入ROI。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、数学、统计学专业优先； 2、具备AI应用落地经验方法论，对内容治理、用户治理领域感兴趣，有经验者加分； 3、熟练掌握并运用Python编程语言、SQL（基础能力）、Pandas、Spark（进阶能力），了解CV、NLP、音频常用算法，具备良好的数据分析和问题解决能力，能够独立进行模型调优和性能优化； 4、熟悉掌握大模型关键技术，包括但不限于Prompt工程、微调技术、RAG等，有Hugging Face、LangChain等框架使用经验； 5、强烈的业务驱动意识，有良好的沟通表达能力和团队精神，愿意挑战复杂问题，具备优秀的跨团队协作能力和技术创新落地能力。
