1、独立承担招聘工作，包含职位信息发布、招聘渠道管理、简历筛选、电话面试、面试安排及后续人选、职位进度更新； 2、协助人才寻访策略制定、招聘漏斗数据分析、业务部门及人选的预期管理； 3、系统性进行特定人才市场盘点及动向研究，以提升招聘国际化人才效率； 4、HR部门其他支持性工作。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，人力资源、工商管理、心理学专业优先； 2、沟通表达及逻辑思维良好，有创意思维，拥有迅速搜集资料、挖掘有效信息的能力； 3、能够连续实习3个月及以上，每周出勤4天及以上。
