1、结合业务发展需求，统筹公司股权结构及运营主体安排，评估主体使用与资质合规需求，为业务运营提供架构相关法律支持； 2、支持投后管理、支持投融资交易、支持并购交易，支持中国境内企业的跨境合规调研； 3、为业务重组、拆分、独立运营、整合、迁移等专项项目提供法律支持，提供架构相关方案并协助业务侧推进落地； 4、追踪所支持业务线的全生命周期发展，深入了解业务及财税全方位需求，根据业务动态变化及时为业务发展提供架构相关法律支持，统筹推进与业务发展相适应的主体设立/变更/使用、资质申请/变更及持续合规管理等工作； 5、研究公司治理及部分跨境相关法律法规及行业案例，制定可行的专项治理方案并有效落实，确保公司运营的合规与高效，防范法律风险； 6、处理投资并购、公司治理相关的其他事务，推进系统建设和流程相关工作。

1、本科及以上学历，法律相关专业；有3-5年及以上法律工作经验； 2、英语书面及口语能力良好，可作为工作语言进行日常及专业沟通，能够处理英文邮件、合同、法律研究及会议沟通；国际化留学及/或外所工作履历优先考虑；熟悉红筹及公司架构相关法律、民法、合同法及相关行业相关法律法规及政策要求； 3、工作严谨、高效、细致，快速响应业务需求；具有独立判断能力；提供及时、准确的法律意见与支持； 4、具有清晰的法律逻辑思维能力、复杂项目管理能力，能够独立支持跨部门、跨地域、长周期的公司治理项目； 5、工作地点：北京。
