1、作为人力运营的“流程与产品负责人”，基于公司管理理念与HR政策，设计并持续优化全球流程与落地机制，与其他团队紧密协作，推动政策与流程的标准化落地，为公司管理提供可量化洞察与决策建议； 2、建设流程指标体系与监控机制：定义端到端指标、搭建数据看板进行监控，定期分析流程质量/效率/体验问题，推动问题闭环与持续改进； 3、推进流程相关系统建设：从全球视角梳理系统需求，与CIS团队协作完成方案设计、评审与交付，连接上下游系统和数据链路，提升流程自动化能力； 4、推动AI在流程中的应用：识别高频/高耗时环节并进行AI建设，让流程更高效； 5、作为全球流程知识负责人，负责流程知识的准确性、完整性与更新及时性，持续维护法律法规、政策变更、系统变更及各类例外案例对流程和知识内容的影响。

1、人力资源领域5年以上工作经验，英文可作为工作语言； 2、良好的项目管理能力；3年以上全球/跨区域项目管理经验者优先； 3、清晰的问题表达与系统性思考能力：能把复杂问题抽象为可落地的流程/产品方案； 4、沟通与协同能力强，具备跨团队影响力与推动力，能推进达成共识并交付结果； 5、熟悉流程设计/流程运营；有产品设计或流程产品化经验者加分；具备AI能力或AI项目经验者优先； 6、工作态度积极，有韧性。
