日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、推荐场域运营：协助推荐场域相关玩法的日常运营与配置，跟进效果数据与问题排查，持续优化推荐场景转化效率； 2、直播生态运营：协助商家直播生态运营，包括直播玩法培训与配置指导、商家直播内容优化，参与激励活动策划与落地（规则设计、商家招募、素材准备、数据追踪与复盘），沉淀商家直播打法，提升优质直播场次与渗透率； 3、数据分析沉淀：参与商家运营数据监测与分析，跟踪渗透率、活跃度、GMV等核心指标，定期输出数据报表与运营洞察；整理知识库、SOP与最佳案例，沉淀可复用的运营方法论； 4、日常运营提效：参与资源位审核与配置等日常运营，保障营销活动有效落地；支持商家AI流量诊断等提效项目，参与诊断逻辑优化与异常问题排查，提升运营效率； 5、用户商家调研：参与商家、用户调研，关注产品使用体验与反馈，梳理产品优化点并推动迭代优化。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限，市场营销、电子商务、数据科学等相关专业优先； 2、学习能力强，对用户运营、本地生活、直播、短视频、AI有好奇心，有直播或短视频内容策略或商家运营相关实习经验者优先； 3、具备基础数据分析能力，会Vibe coding、SQL/Python优先； 4、沟通表达清晰，具备较强的跨团队协作能力和执行力，做事细致、有责任心。
