1、负责商业化资金交易和激励营销相关风险场景的策略建设与治理，包括异常资金流入流出、营销激励套利、客户异常行为、账户作弊等风险场景； 2、深入理解业务流程、资金链路和营销业务链路，结合业务目标和风险表现，识别关键风险问题，制定识别、预警、拦截和处置策略并推动落地； 3、建立并持续完善风险评估、监控和效果分析体系，能够基于策略表现进行迭代优化，不断提升识别准确率、拦截效果和治理效率； 4、联动产品、研发、运营、业务、合规等团队推进策略落地，推动重点风险场景的专项治理和系统化能力建设； 5、参与风险运营工作，沉淀风险案例、治理经验和通用方法，持续提升风险防控能力，降低业务损失。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网风控、反欺诈、营销反作弊、资金风控、交易风控或相关策略岗位经验； 2、具备较强的数据风险分析和策略设计能力，能够从复杂业务现象中识别风险模式，并制定可落地的防控方案； 3、具备扎实的数据分析能力，熟练使用SQL、Python等工具，能够独立完成数据分析、效果评估和策略验证； 4、具备良好的跨团队沟通和项目推动能力，能够在复杂业务环境中协调资源推进策略落地； 5、对风险问题敏感，责任心强，自驱力好，能够持续关注黑灰产动向及行业风控治理趋势。
