1、负责抖音政务及专业知识垂类运营，保障抖音用户的时政/专业知识内容消费体验、作者的成长和创作体验、垂类对平台的价值； 2、制定内容策略和运营方案，熟悉政媒创作者的特殊性，掌握有效沟通方法，打造抖音政务及媒体优质内容案例，提升优质政媒内容大盘占比，推进优质内容的填充和刺激站内生产，实现生产和消费双向优化； 3、敏锐发现站内内容及创作者问题，熟悉策略、规则、模型及算法，能够归纳和总结问题的本质和特征，有效发现、治理、教育创作者以减少低质内容的生产和传播； 4、对用户体验敏感，能够产出面向用户的运营方案，通过产品能力建设、数据指标建设，更好地满足用户需求、保障用户体验、提升用户口碑； 5、能够高效与外部团队协作，建立共同目标，在完成业务目标的同时对合作团队产生辐射收益。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、从事过策略运营相关岗位优先；对时政/专业知识运营有深刻理解，对政媒内容质量敏感，对政媒生态的优劣具备思考沉淀； 3、逻辑能力和数据分析能力强，具有独立输出方案、有效解决问题、推动落地的能力，同时具备高度责任心和自我驱动力，积极面对挑战，确保任务达成。
