1、负责中国出海和APAC地区国际化代理商的品牌广告收入渗透、增量及业务运营管理，基于业务目标制定品牌产品优先级及重点运营策略，为代理商输出品效结合的广告营销建议，提供创意方向、预算分配策略及市场洞察，并指导代理商推进项目实施，确保完成任务； 2、深入理解代理商经营和客户营销诉求，结合行业客户需求、痛点、机会，分析中小客户的行业收入增长机会并形成策略，利用代理商规模化渗透，提高品牌类广告收入和客户数； 3、负责行业品牌广告产品及玩法建设，通过数据验证、价值卖点、标杆案例、最佳实践等形成联动策略； 4、负责跨市场、跨区域、跨部门协作，推进方法论、指标体系等规模化覆盖，促进跨市场/区域之间能力提升，并及时复盘迭代。

1、3年以上品牌广告策略运营工作经验，熟悉国际品牌广告投放或国际品牌营销玩法优先； 2、具备较好的数据分析能力，会用SQL，数据敏感、注重逻辑； 3、具备强学习力、自驱力、适应力，有全球化视角，擅长业务探索，能够在新的业务中积极探索并迅速适应； 4、沟通能力强，擅于团队合作，能够在全球化团队中完成跨职能、跨文化的团队协作； 5、英语交流、写作能力良好，可作为工作语言； 6、具备国际市场增长工作经验优先，对增长和优化、最佳实践（如A/B测试）有深入的理解。
