1、负责到店综合行业洗浴按摩等行业全国头部客户开发，整合平台和商家资源，用内容服务消费者，实现行业GMV增长； 2、定制大客户整合经营方案，洞察大客户商家在抖音的定制化需求，结合闭环、开放链路产品能力输出大客户整合经营方案，推动定制需求解决； 3、对到店综合行业及细分品类开展深度洞察，明确行业特性，输出抖音经营策略、资源支持策略； 4、负责业务核心策略和重点项目的规划、推进与落地； 5、跑通优势商家、商品的抖音经营模式：洞察商家经营需求和用户消费场景，结合抖音内容推荐模式制定不同场景下选品组品、内容运营策略，明确经营指标，跑通抖音经营模式； 6、基于外部信息和内部数据，发起针对综合行业创新经营玩法，并能在实践中验证。

1、本科及以上学历，两年及以上本地生活BD工作经验，有一定的综合行业头部客户资源积累优先； 2、具备较强的客情维护能力、谈判能力和问题解决能力，有短视频内容营销经验优先； 3、熟悉本地生活行业，对店铺运营、活动运营有一定知识或经验； 4、对O2O模式认知度高，对目前市场上O2O产品有较深的理解； 5、具备较强的学习能力，思维敏捷； 6、有较强的独立客情建设能力，重视团队协作，能适应快速变化并拥抱变化。
