日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、支持字节跳动中国区部分产品的用户增长工作，通过效广投放、内容营销等方式支持产品达成新增和利润目标； 2、负责部分产品的投放策略制定和具体优化动作，包括但不限于分析包装产品卖点、制定有吸引力的拉新活动、制定广告/内容创意、进行投放数据追踪和分析等； 3、运用中台增长能力、协调中台资源，提升产品获客效率，包括但不限于对智能投放等技术的应用和推进； 4、进行相关产品的行业、市场跟踪分析，协助判断增长新机会和新路径。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备较强的数据敏感度和分析能力，具有独立分析、推导结论和梳理代办的问题解决能力； 3、具有较强的逻辑思维能力、沟通能力，快速在复杂场景下找到核心推进动作； 4、有内容创意意识、文字/图片/视频内容产出能力者优先； 5、具有好奇心和创造力，对广告、营销推广行业有一定认知和从业热情，有相关实习经验者优先。
