1、负责飞书面向消费综合行业的售前解决方案工作，能进行研究分析，整合内外部资源，打造行业整体解决方案竞争力，提供高质量的解决方案产出，为销售策略提供决策支持； 2、具备专业咨询能力，能与高层客户对话并进行价值传递，精准把握战略需求，并提供行业一体化解决方案，涵盖业务诊断、方案设计、价值呈现与商务谈判、及客户关系维护，成为客户信赖的数字化及AI转型顾问； 3、负责客户需求的对接并参与和产品团队的深度沟通，为客户侧的解决方案顺利落地负责； 4、基于行业标杆客户场景，产出可复制的客户成功案例和行业最佳实践，提升售前人效。

1、本科及以上学历，MBA背景优先，有SaaS/协同办公/企业信息化产品售前或解决方案经验； 2、具备复杂售前项目端到端运作的经验，需求挖掘，招投标，POC场景验证等； 3、具备高层的汇报和沟通能力，可以面向高层完成价值传递； 4、逻辑清晰，能够独立迭代行业解决方案； 5、有AI智能体咨询和交付经验或数字化转型咨询经验优先。
