1、负责番茄小说业务相关的设计工作，包括但不限于番茄小说、番茄畅听、红果短剧、创新业务方向等； 2、从产品调研、构想、方案落地到持续迭代的全流程设计工作，根据产品需求和限制寻找合适的设计方案，完善产品交互并输出UI细节； 3、用户调研，理解用户需求并转化成对应的设计思路； 4、关注设计对产品带来的影响，善于理性分析场景、数据，服务于产品； 5、设计驱动的探索创新。

1、设计类专业本科及以上学历，1年以上的互联网产品设计经验，过往有完整的项目经历； 2、具备良好的框架思维能力，善于分析、总结与表达，对事物具备清晰的梳理能力，对方案的可能性具备敏锐的判断力； 3、有较好的沟通协作能力，与产品、研发、测试等职能充分协作，多维度打磨产品体验； 4、具备移动端产品设计经验，掌握视觉设计或动效设计技能者优先。
