1、负责今日头条系业务的数据挖掘，包含数据挖掘、数据建模、算法开发等工作，支持业务快速增长； 2、深度挖掘发现潜在收益空间大的业务机会或业务问题原因，能对业务痛点问题提出优化解决策略方案； 3、能把复杂业务问题转化为数据建模问题，支持包括短视频、文章图片、实体资源、语音等内容理解的算法开发； 4、积极参与业务核心场景的探索研究，结合对业务场景的充分理解，能够主动发起并推动忠于用户价值的数据挖掘或算法策略落地。

1、本科及以上学历，数学、统计、计算机、人工智能等相关专业； 2、能熟练运用统计模型、机器学习、深度学习、自然语言处理等技术解决有挑战性的问题，具备在搜索/推荐等相关复杂业务系统落地经验； 3、具有优秀的编程基础，熟练使用Python等至少一种编程语言，熟练使用TensorFlow/PyTorch等至少一种深度学习框架； 4、优秀的分析和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性的问题充满激情，良好的沟通和团队合作能力。
