1、与战略团队协作，从宏观视角完成业务规划及目标制定，提供内、外部数据测算支持，明确核心商业模型、评价业务发展情况； 2、与产品及运营团队配合，从微观角度，通过各类数据实验、人群分析，不断优化产品流程，给出可落地的优化方案及建议，并持续推进，拿到实际结果； 3、与数仓、研发团队合作，设计并管理业务线整体的指标字典，参与数仓搭建，提高数据利用效率，为整体数据质量负责。

1、2027届硕士及以上学位在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握SQL，会使用R/Python/SAS等常用分析工具进行数据模型开发；统计学基础知识熟练，有良好的统计量化能力； 3、对于数据采集、数仓建设、BI构建、数据治理知识有基本了解； 4、对数据分析有强烈兴趣，有用客观数据分析判断的量化思维和逻辑思维； 5、有良好的产品感、商业灵敏度，善于发掘业务问题和痛点； 6、好奇心强，求知欲强，有钻研探索精神，喜欢挑战，有较高的自我期望和成长诉求。
