1、负责抖音电商的平台智能服务运营交付与知识体系建设，通过提升识别理解、优化知识&答案话术、改进对话交互体验等提升智能客服解决能力和用户体验；同时负责商家及达人侧智能知识体系建设与优化，确保内容准确、及时、覆盖全面，为智能客服模型提供高质量、场景化的解决方案； 2、对智能客服的核心指标（如解决率、转人工率、满意度等）负责，建立日常监控与分析机制，定位指标波动原因，通过A/B测试、流程调优等手段制定并执行提升策略，推动数据持续向好； 3、负责监控渠道的运营状况，对业务和服务变化进行及时的服务策略设计和部署，建立运营保障体系； 4、监测智能客服在线服务表现，针对异常问题建立分类与归因机制，推动问题根因分析、解决方案设计及落地执行，形成“识别-分析-改进-验证”的闭环管理； 5、跨团队协作沟通，协同产品、算法、研发等团队参与AI模型评测、训练样本构建、效果回归等关键环节；基于业务痛点与场景需求，推动智能客服工具、功能及策略的优化与落地，确保运营目标与产品迭代方向一致，提升整体服务效率与用户体验。

1、2年以上智能客服运营、AI训练、知识库运营或相关经验，有电商平台经验者优先；熟悉智能客服系统运作机制与AI对话逻辑，具备知识库构建、标注体系设计或大模型内容优化相关经验，能够通过高质量知识供给提升模型解决能力； 2、具备强数据分析和问题拆解能力，能通过数据定位问题，并基于数据洞察形成可落地的运营策略；逻辑严谨，具备系统性解决问题的思维，能快速拆解复杂业务问题，定位关键瓶颈并推动闭环；具备一定的项目管理与协同推动能力，能统筹资源、把控节奏，确保项目高质量交付； 3、具备优秀的跨团队协作能力，能够清晰理解并转化业务需求，与产品、技术、算法等多角色高效配合，推动项目落地与持续优化；对业务与用户有较强敏感度，能结合场景设计运营方案，并具备良好的结果导向意识和执行韧性。
