1、作为收入财务对接业务团队，深度吃透电商营收全链路业务场景（商家经营、交易结算、补贴佣金、平台各类商业化玩法等），输出适配电商业务的收入核算方案、财务落地规则，持续识别收入相关财务风险，迭代优化业财管控流程； 2、和电商业务建立长期稳定的信任协同关系，深度前置参与业务创新、新模式落地；针对电商新活动、新产品、新交易模式开展收入财务评估，输出专业财务建议，支撑业务经营决策；推进业财系统建设及优化，推进财务数据线上化； 3、依托集团财务制度与核算框架，立足收入视角识别、预警各类业财差异、入账风险；联动业务、产品、运营等多方团队，输出风险防控方案并推动落地，持续为电商业务提供专业财务支撑； 4、持续常态化挖掘日常运营、月结、稽核过程中的收入风险，全程跟进问题整改、闭环治理，沉淀管控经验； 5、具有数据敏感性，承担电商业务线收入核对、业财差异分析、经营相关收入指标梳理工作，推动解决财务数据问题，完成上级布置的其他业财相关工作。

1、财务相关专业，本科及以上学历，具备全面的财务专业知识，持有CPA证书者优先； 2、5年以上会计相关工作经验，包含至少3年以上财务核算相关经验；有互联网电商平台财务、交易结算、电商收入相关从业经历优先； 3、具备优秀逻辑思维、跨团队沟通协调能力，主动性强，自驱力充足。
