团队介绍：抖音增长团队（User Growth）负责抖音旗下产品的增长工作。我们帮助产品量身定做增长方案，并运用营销、产品、数据分析等方式达成业务增长目标。UG团队维护和优化一系列类似付费广告、裂变、导量等成熟的产品增长方案，并熟练将其应用到各种不同的业务中，推动业务增长；同时当发现新的增长机会时，我们也及时构建新的解决方案，帮助业务实现突破。加入 UG 团队，可以负责亿级用户产品的增长工作，掌握业界先进、第一手的增长实践。

1、负责抖音系多产品用户增长的分析工作，通过策略挖掘和数据分析，为业务增长提供数据洞察； 2、基于A/B实验设计、因果推断等分析方案，对业务优化和决策结论做验证或推演，提供高效的分析方法，解决业务复杂度量问题； 3、基于深度专题分析，从全局增长视角，挖掘手段增长空间，回答关键策略命题，对业务增长驱动因素做拆解和诊断，看清楚业务长期投入方向，提供增长决策支持； 4、围绕增长核心手段，设计指标体系，明确度量标准和上线规范，为业务问题提供分析支持，挖掘业务增长方向的机会点及优化策略；并与产品、运营、算法、策略、研发等部门紧密配合，推进结论落地，并带来业务全局提升； 5、在支持业务发展中，善于思考、总结，沉淀增长分析方法论与数据效率工具，并结合AI做提效。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，数学、统计学、经济学、计算机专业优先； 2、擅长量化分析，具备良好的量化思维和结构化思维，较强学习能力和创造力，有用户同理心以及业务敏感度； 3、有责任心和主动性，有良好的业务配合能力和团队协作能力； 4、熟练使用Hive，精通SQL/Excel/Python/R等工具。
