1、参与研发和迭代内部安全系统，包括办公网络准入控制、办公终端安全管控系统等，建设字节跳动零信任办公安全基础设施； 2、解决日常安全业务开发需求，设计可扩展的业务功能模块，建设和沉淀通用解决方案和功能模块； 3、建设安全验证能力框架，度量企业安全防护能力和管控效率，持续保障企业信息安全无漏水。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、信息安全等相关专业优先； 2、具备良好的计算机系统科学基础，逻辑能力强； 3、熟悉以下至少一种编程语言：Golang、Python、Java、Rust、C/C++； 4、具有用户视角的业务理解能力，具备独立解决问题的能力、良好的团队合作意识与沟通能力。

加分项 1、有业务系统的运维经验的优先； 2、对AI Agent有强烈兴趣，并解决过实际问题的优化； 3、可以熟练使用英文进行日常和专业沟通无障碍的同学优先。
