1、对接家装行业的业务团队和商家，建立适配商家（例如装修定制、家电、3C数码等）线上流量策略和提升GMV的流量机制，促进线上和线下经营协同，帮助商家扩大生意规模和平台GMV； 2、基于对团购产品逻辑及深度洞察行业需求，通过设计适配的流量机制、营销策略和转化链路，不断优化和迭代商家经营效率； 3、与运营、业务团队合作，扩大产品覆盖，结合商家反馈，推动产品不断迭代。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、有推荐策略、流量机制、C端链路优化相关实习经验者优先，有充分的预算视角和客户视角； 3、具备较强的数据分析能力，对数字敏感、有较好的逻辑思维能力和理解能力，能够清晰评估优先级； 4、有良好的需求与项目管理能力，推动协同团队快速迭代产品； 5、具有良好的自驱力和负责人意识，沟通协作能力佳，踏实乐观。
