日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、通过数据分析和调研，持续监控文教健康生活行业商家商品健康度，不断产出商家与商品策略建议； 2、基于对业务的理解和分析，负责制定重点运营方向，并给出落地建议； 3、不断总结和沉淀在抖音电商领域的商家与商品策略标杆和方法论，提升运营工作质量； 4、洞察用户需求和行业趋势变化，制定有效提升商家与商品规模、转化、交易的策略，整合各方资源达成业务目标。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、统计学、经济学等相关专业优先； 2、有电商策略运营实习经验者优先，具有良好的数据和业务敏感度，有良好的数据分析能力； 3、理解商家商品的经营视角，能够洞察本质，挖掘机会点，并能够协调整合资源、强力推动各方落地； 4、具有强烈的学习意愿和工作热情，有较强学习能力、沟通协调能力和执行力，有较好的自驱力。
