ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、负责大模型数据标注任务管理，了解每一项数据标注需求的业务价值与落地目的，结合模型应用场景，明确任务优先级、排期，全程管控标注进度，保障各环节高效运行、业务稳定交付； 2、统筹协调跨部门人力资源，能够根据业务需求灵活调整团队配置，周度追踪目标人力与实际人力差异，及时识别风险并暴露，确保任务如期交付； 3、与业务分析、产品团队紧密配合，推动标注任务相关数据线上化建设，能够快速定位人力变动、任务风险等各类数据问题并主动解决，降低人工沟通与重复工作量； 4、牵头对接机审、算法、人审运营、交付、质量等多方团队，建立跨团队联动合作机制，实现交付流程提效，统一目标认知、消除协作分歧。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读； 2、有内容平台策略运营、数据运营、产品运营实习经验者优先；具备良好的数据敏感度与数据分析思维，对数字变化、异常趋势感知敏锐，能快速捕捉数据细节，依托数据发现问题、提炼规律、支撑工作优化与决策落地； 3、具备完整的项目管理经验，能够独立统筹从前期筹备、落地推进、过程管控到复盘的全流程工作，擅长把控进度节点、统筹多方资源、协调跨部门协作，高效化解执行过程中的各类突发问题，保障项目按既定目标、要求顺利落地交付； 4、具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力，可高效推动算法、标注团队多方对齐共识，解决多方协作卡点。
