1、参与抖音电商营销（折扣、优惠券等）功能建设，给消费者带来优价好物，支撑电商万亿级GMV持续增长； 2、参与营销效果数据链路建设，支持投放策略、效果归因、A/B实验等数据化运营能力建设； 3、参与架构演进和优化，为亿级用户提供优质顺畅的优惠服务和极致体验； 4、参与技术方案设计、代码开发和系统调优，高效高质量需求交付； 5、参与制定代码规范、测试规范，持续提升工程质量与团队技术氛围。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程相关专业优先； 2、热爱计算机科学，精通至少一门编程语言，包括但不仅限于：Java、C/C++、Python、Go； 3、掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，深入理解数据结构、算法和并发编程模型； 4、掌握中间件基础用法和原理，包括但不仅限于：gRPC/Dubbo、RocketMQ/Kafka、Redis、MySQL； 5、熟练使用主流AI IDE及AI工具辅助，包括但不仅限于：TRAE、Codex、Claude Code，持续优化个人工作效率，理解大模型能力与局限； 6、有强烈的求知欲，优秀的学习能力和良好的沟通能力。

加分项 1、有电商、广告等相关业务的生产级项目或实习经验优先； 2、有基于LLM/Agent等实践经验优先，能清晰阐述框架应用、提示词调优及评测方案设计； 3、有开源项目贡献、重要期刊论文、技术专利、高质量技术博客、竞赛获奖等优先。
