1、主要负责公司数据平台部门自动化测试体系建设及推广； 2、参与构建自动化测试平台、性能测试平台、持续集成平台； 3、参与各种测试工具研发，效率工具研发； 4、负责测试用例编写、性能测试、压力测试、高可用测试（提升平台稳定性、可用性、核心性能)。

1、本科及以上学历； 2、至少2年以上自动化测试开发/软件开发工作经验，有独立完成测试工具开发经验优先； 3、熟练掌握Java,python或go，熟悉Mysql，Mongodb等主流数据库；熟悉服务器端开发工具链；熟练使用Linux或Unix操作系统，了解docker技术优先； 4、有主流自动化框架和工具使用经验，包括但不限于RobotFramework、TestNg、Jenkins、Jmeter、selenium、Nose、Locust，有二次开发经验者尤佳； 5、熟悉测试流程和测试用例设计方法,能主动进行技术钻研，有流程优化和创新意识，能主动通过技术手段提升产品质量与测试效率； 6、很强的逻辑思维能力，抗压能力，以及团队协作沟通能力和冲突管理的能力； 7、具备较强的责任感强和自我驱动力，富有激情，能胜任重复性的工作和能快速融入节奏的工作环境。
