1、软件定义芯片架构：基于数据中心应用与系统软件特征，牵引协同架构设计与方案收敛，联合芯片团队共建并落地可演进的领先架构； 2、应用特征导向的评测与仿真闭环：建设与维护自研Benchmark体系，沉淀能反映软件特征的评测方法与指标，开展Workload特征抽取与分析，搭建QEMU/GEM5/NVMain/SystemC、Trace、SimPoint等仿真与分析工具链，牵引架构探索与方案收敛，确保评测一致性与设计决策有效性； 3、面向PPA与能效的协同优化：结合数据中心业务特征与资源成本约束，开展业务功耗场景拆解、量化、仿真，并沉淀方法论，形成芯片设计输入，牵引低功耗特性规划、实现、与落地，提升全栈能效与性价比； 4、贯穿研发生命周期的性能与代际演进：负责研发与硅后阶段的性能建模、测试、调优与问题闭环，牵引代际切换与新特性使能，确保业务上线稳定并达成性价比目标。

1、深入理解计算机体系结构、编译原理，熟练C/C++，理解典型互联网业务（微服务、AI、大数据、搜索广告、编解码、存储等）； 2、熟悉服务器芯片架构与相关IP及协议（Core、SNoC、DDRC、SoC），具备PPA及能效优化意识与实践； 3、具备Workload分析、Tracing及切片经验，理解SimPoint，掌握应用Trace提取与仿真分析； 4、熟练使用仿真建模与性能评估工具链（QEMU/GEM5/NVMain/SystemC等），熟悉业界开源Benchmark； 5、能完成典型应用的功耗画像与拆解，支撑TDP或典型场景的定义与优化，理解并善用DVFS、Turbo、功率封顶机制，量化其对性能、能效与稳定性的影响并实现闭环改进； 6、具备系统性能分析与调优能力，熟悉PMU/PEBS/LBR/PT、Roofline/Top-down、VTune/Perf/DynamoRIO等。

加分项： 1、参与过服务器芯片项目（需求分析、架构设计、技术规范撰写、性能及功耗分析与优化等）； 2、具备数据中心微架构性能调优、功耗场景拆解与低功耗特性落地经验。
