1、深刻理解公司整体发展战略、EMS员工流动服务目标及团队运营重点，能够结合业务实际，围绕差旅、签证、目的地服务等场景，系统性梳理制度、明确规则、优化流程、建设工具，为资源规划、服务交付、业务创新提供有效的策略支持； 2、与团队内部及跨部门相关方保持高频、有效沟通，准确识别业务诉求与协同难点，推动关键问题达成策略共识；同时联动相关方，推动服务策略及运营优化举措落地，并持续跟踪执行效果，促进策略真正转化为业务成果； 3、梳理并诊断员工流动服务相关业务的全链路流程，覆盖差旅、签证、目的地服务等核心场景，能够从实际运营出发识别效率瓶颈、体验痛点及潜在风险；围绕员工出行与流动场景，参与端到端流程优化、供应商管理、案例复盘与合规要求梳理，协助持续提升整体服务交付效率与员工体验； 4、保持对相关领域的外部动态信息关注，开展行业研究与标杆对标，结合内部业务特点输出策略建议，为团队中长期服务能力建设与重点项目规划提供参考。

1、本科及以上学历，具备5年以内策略规划、运营提升或流程优化相关工作经验，有策略规划、运营提升或流程优化等方向经验者优先； 2、具备较好的结构化思维和问题拆解能力，能够从流程、数据或个案中识别共性问题，并转化为流程优化建议、SOP或系统需求； 3、有全球或跨区域项目经验，具备良好的团队协作能力，善于与相关方建立并维护有效合作关系； 4、自驱力强，责任感高，愿意深入细节并持续推动策略与项目落地； 5、有持续的好奇心与创造力，可以跳出既有框架进行思考，提出具有创新性的思路与解决方案； 6、英文口语及书面表达流利，可作为主要工作语言。
