1、构建高质量短剧和游戏多模态推理及细粒度数据集，通过数据合成技术不断优化数据质量与丰富度，沉淀短剧和游戏行业高价值信息； 2、针对业务需求对内容消费行业多模态大模型进行后训练，包括CPT、SFT、RLVR、多轮Agent RL，提升模型能力； 3、结合业务场景设计搭建Agent架构，探索Agent Test-Time-Scaling技术； 4、通过大模型不断优化针对短剧和游戏内容的理解和生成能力，包括：视频内容理解、用户兴趣挖掘、漫剧内容生产、引流视频剪辑和游戏Agent/AI coding等。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、机器学习等相关背景优先； 2、在NLP算法、多模态算法、大模型训练和应用、知识图谱等领域有实际的开发和实习经验者优先； 3、思维开阔，具备优秀的逻辑思考能力，面对挑战性问题充满热情，具有良好的团队合作、沟通协调能力，执行力和自驱力强； 4、学习能力强，对AI前沿技术持续关注，能够洞察技术和业务的结合点。
