日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、聚焦生活服务产品能力接入流程优化与策略支持，负责数据分析、商家营销、供给接入、线下物料投放以及落地执行等功能模块的配置支持工作，保障商家功能使用的顺畅性； 2、参与商家准入环节的产品评估，制定并输出标准化SOP指引，明确准入评估标准与操作流程，提升准入环节的规范性与效率； 3、主导加入白名单配置策略的制定与执行，涵盖权限开通、功能灰度发布等场景，协同产品、技术团队推动配置工具迭代，优化运营流程，提升配置准确性与效率； 4、以数据驱动解决问题，监控商家接入、功能配置全流程的关键指标（如审核通过率、配置错误率、商家反馈满意度等），通过数据分析定位问题根源； 5、基于数据洞察输出流程优化方案，推动方案落地执行，同时定期输出运营报告，抽象商家共性需求，为产品功能迭代与优化提供决策输入。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、实习周期需满足每周至少出勤4天，且持续3个月以上；逻辑思维清晰，具备数据敏感度，能快速理解复杂业务流程，掌握基础数据分析能力（如Excel函数运用、SQL数据提取），可通过数据论证问题并支撑决策； 3、具备优秀的沟通与跨团队协作能力，能高效联动产品、技术等多方团队，清晰表达观点与需求，推动问题高效解决； 4、工作主动性强，有责任心，不满足于简单执行任务，愿意深入业务背景挖掘核心需求，主动发现流程优化点并提出可行解决方案； 5、有互联网产品运营、业务流程管理或工具类项目实习/工作经验者优先，熟悉生活服务行业者加分。
