ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：服务器部门的主要职责是通过持续开展业务需求跟踪和行业洞察，以及对各业务场景开展系统性能分析，为公司的全球业务打造具备高性价比和高可靠性的通用计算、存储和智能计算（AI）等产品与解决方案。在技术层面，深入钻研计算体系架构的研究与开发、CPU/GPU及部件的定制与评估、高速电路设计、新型供电散热技术、固件开发、驱动开发、内核及操作系统、编译器、可靠性、可用性和可维护性（RAS）等领域，推动软硬件的联合设计与优化，在人工智能时代为公司提供最具竞争力的算力和存储基础支撑。

1、参与以下4类工作1项或者多项： 1）协助系统软件开发、测试：在导师指导下参与BIOS、BMC固件、Linux内核，内核驱动或操作系统、编译工具链和基础库 相关模块的部分开发、测试工作，协助解决简单的底层硬件兼容性或功能扩展问题，支持软硬件一体化集成任务； 2）支持系统优化与维护：协助团队对BIOS、BMC固件、Linux内核，内核驱动或操作系统、关键基础库和编译工具链进行性能测试和基础分析，在指导下定位并尝试解决简单的系统运行问题，保障系统稳定运行； 3）参与监控诊断：协助设计或实现系统监控诊断的辅助功能，开发轻量监控工具或模块的雏形，在指导下监测系统运行状态，辅助排查常见故障； 4）新技术探索：关注系统软件领域最新技术动态（如AI在系统诊断中的应用、异构系统上的适配和开发），协助团队收集技术资料，参与新技术可行性分析的基础工作，提出初步创新想法并实践验证。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机相关专业优先； 2、熟悉至少一门编程语言（如C/C++/Java/Golang/Python），对汇编语言有初步了解者优先； 3、对X86/ARM/RISC-V架构基础知识有一定了解；对BIOS/BMC、Linux内核及操作系统、编译优化和高性能基础库开发和测试抱有浓厚兴趣； 4、有Linux系统基础使用经验或Windows驱动开发经验，了解Shell、PowerShell、Makefile等工具者优先； 5、对底层系统技术有浓厚兴趣，乐于钻研技术问题，具备较强的学习能力、问题分析能力和团队协作精神； 6、有相关领域课程设计、开源项目贡献或实习经验者优先。
