Bytelntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：安全工程团队负责设计、搭建并维护字节跳动的全球安全基础设施、平台及服务。我们的核心职责是研发具备可扩展性的系统与工具，为公司全域产品的安全运营提供支撑。通过交付可靠、高性能的安全解决方案，保障字节跳动全球平台的安全，并提升业务韧性。

1、参与设计与实现初始资源调度机制，在保障高可用、高性能异常检测的前提下，最大化软硬件资产的利用率； 2、优化从“检测”到“响应”的工作流，减少系统冗余，并根据实时流量需求动态分配检测资源； 3、探索如何利用 AI/机器学习技术（如异常检测模型、自动化规则生成等）提升产品的危险检测率与识别精度； 4、参与安全产品的高性能架构优化，应对海量流量下的低延迟、高吞吐挑战。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、网络安全等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉Linux操作系统，具备扎实的数据结构与算法基础，熟练掌握C、C++或Go中的至少一种编程语言； 3、具备优秀的沟通能力与快速学习能力，工作积极主动，拥有强烈的责任心。

加分项： 1、熟悉网络协议（TCP/IP、HTTP等）及常见的网络攻击手段（如SQLi、XSS、DDoS、CC攻击等）； 2、了解高性能网络处理技术（如DPDK、XDP/eBPF）； 3、有安全实验室、安全竞赛（CTF）或网络安全开发项目经验； 4、了解基本的数据科学或AI模型在安全领域的应用。
