1、承接与落地行业策略：围绕本地零售业务增长目标，拆解并落地行业运营策略，协同商家推进供给结构优化、平台特色商品建设、重点活动落地等关键任务，持续强化“内容流量×商家供给×履约体验”的经营闭环； 2、负责核心商家运营：与重点商家建立并维系良好的合作关系，结合本地零售业务特征，提供商品组货、场域经营、活动参与、履约协同等精细化运营指导，推动商家提升平台经营效率、转化效率与生意规模； 3、驱动专项项目执行与方案沉淀：独立负责或参与零售行业专项的落地，围绕重点类目、重点商家、重点节点和重点城市制定项目计划，协调内外部资源，确保项目目标达成，并对专项结果进行复盘沉淀；将已验证的成功案例，如标准化履约动作、高效获客与转化路径、特色商品打造方式、重点商家成长打法等进行抽象总结，并沉淀为可规模化推广的运营指南与最佳实践，赋能更多商家实现增长； 4、跟进业务数据与过程指标：对所负责行业的业务核心指标进行日常监控与分析，围绕内容曝光、转化效率、商品供给、履约时效、用户体验等维度发现问题与机会点，为运营动作调优和策略迭代提供建议； 5、协同跨团队高效推进：作为业务接口人，与外部协同团队紧密协作，共同解决商家在入驻、商品运营、营销转化、履约交付等环节遇到的问题，推动供给、流量与履约能力更高效协同，保障业务顺畅运转。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上互联网运营相关工作经验，有本地生活业务相关的行业运营、商家运营或类目运营经验者优先； 2、具备出色的项目管理与执行能力，能够独立负责专项，制定清晰的路径和时间表，协同多方资源拿到业务结果； 3、具备良好的数据分析能力和商业敏感度，能从数据中洞察问题，并以数据驱动运营决策与动作； 4、逻辑清晰，具备优秀的拆解能力，能快速理解复杂的业务策略，并将其转化为简单、明确、可执行的任务； 5、沟通与协同能力强，能与不同角色的内外部伙伴建立信任，换位思考，高效沟通，推动共识达成； 6、自驱力强，保持积极主动的工作状态，以结果为导向，拥抱挑战。
