日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、基于客户求助、违规问题分析，针对性做客户教育的需求搜集、宣发客群人群包拉取定位、内容生产、数字人课程制作、素材收集及复核； 2、根据算法或产品需求，对复杂案例进行人工复核与标签标注，用于模型训练或效果评估；同时定期进行抽样质检，校验指标稳定性，落实模型训练结果； 3、对接跨团队违规案例复核工作，查询提供相关判罚依据，保障账户处置和扣罚的准确性； 4、每日、每周跟踪核心仪表盘，标记异常波动并第一时间同步，并推动相关治理方关注和治理。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、有风险治理、数据分析相关实习经验的优先，有较好的沟通协调能力，具备数据处理和分析能力，熟练掌握办公软件； 3、踏实务实、责任心强；乐于发现问题，深入本质，敢于提出并且推动解决； 4、每周需在岗4天以上，持续实习3个月以上。
