1、负责字节跳动国内及边缘计算节点的运维以及稳定性保障工作； 2、负责生产系统的交付和运维，包括设施、组件、产品的交付、变更、发布，提升交付效率和运维效率； 3、负责稳定性保障体系的设计以及落地，包括系统可观测（监控/告警/日志）、故障排查（根因分析/影响面评估）、问题修复（手工/自恢复）等； 4、负责应急体系的设计以及落地，包括工单处理、应急响应、风险治理、长期优化等工作，提升风险应急能力。

1、计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历，3年以上研发、系统运维或SRE相关经验； 2、计算机理论基础扎实，熟练掌握至少一门编程语言（Go、C、Python等）； 3、有较好的分析能力、良好的沟通技巧、高度的责任心以及团队协作精神； 4、热爱编程，有强烈的求知欲、好奇心和进取心。

满足以下条件者优先： 1、有分布式系统、管理平台或运维平台的系统研发经验； 2、熟悉基础设施架构，对Kubernetes、云计算(边缘)、云网络、负载均衡、微服务架构等有较好的理解； 3、对于分布式系统、微服务架构、高可用、稳定性保障、应急体系有较好的理解； 4、对LLM大模型和Agent开发有一定的探索经验。
