1、设计、规划并实施业务食品安全管理体系，确保符合国家法规和行业标准； 2、调研餐厅食安管理风险场景，结合现有业务，输出或优化食安管理策略，持续完善食安风险治理，并提升其有效性和可操作性，结合行业食安趋势，输出源头至终端的全链路食安管理策略，持续优化体系； 3、通过供应商管理、第三方审核、AI等方法或工具，开展食品安全风险监测，进行食品安全风险评估，量化风险的严重性和发生概率，制定和实施风险分级治理措施，不断降低食品安全风险； 4、负责食品安全投诉及疑似食源性事件的调查与根因分析，并提供专业判定； 5、负责食品安全文化建设，提升各相关方食安意识，推进餐饮营养健康建设，包括但不限于食材溯源、轻食运营管理等； 6、主导中国区食品安全与健康营养的科普宣导，从0-1建立员工对餐饮的信任与信心，研究食安系统的线上化迭代，实现数字化和自动化，有效分析和跟踪多个餐厅及过程管理的食品安全数据，及时发现和处理食品安全问题，参与中国区其他相关专题项目推进，支持团队其他日常工作。

1、本科及以上学历，食品卫生与营养学、食品质量与安全、健康服务与管理、烹饪与营养教育等相关专业； 2、1年及以上餐饮安全/品质管理工作经验，具有食品烹饪与安全科普宣传、健康营养教育相关经验者优先； 3、具备出色的问题分析与解决能力，能独立探索并落地灵活的解决方案； 4、具备优秀的语言表达与文案撰写能力，有持续学习的意愿和自驱力； 5、英语可作为工作语言（读写流利、沟通顺畅）者优先。
