1、负责餐饮会员等泛娱乐行业的商家对接和日常运营维护，对合作效果进行阶段性总结和分析；通过数据分析，归纳总结商家运营方面存在的共性问题，并结合类目情况运用平台化运营方式提出并落实解决方案； 2、结合行业方向，对商家分类、分层管理，根据不同商家群体制定不同的运营策略及计划； 3、结合行业发展需要，横向跨部门完成项目合作并达成目标； 4、通过营销活动实现业务增长，包括但不限于整合行业需求、方案策划、资源落实、项目执行和活动沉淀，促进业务指标增长。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上电商运营工作经验，熟悉业务逻辑； 2、熟悉内容生态（包含视频、直播、图文）和泛娱乐运营，了解业务全生命阶段的业务内容与痛点； 3、熟悉抖音及其他内容平台产品，对于数据敏感，有相关平台运营工作经验及数据分析能力优秀者优先； 4、具备良好沟通能力、统筹协调能力，有内外部跨团队合作经验者优先； 5、自驱力强，有强烈的责任心并热爱娱乐业务，熟悉各品类玩法。
