1、协助内容策略落地：参与定义优质内容特征，协助优化内容识别、分发策略（包括大模型标签能力、画风监控体系等），推动体验优化方案上线； 2、专项数据分析支持：参与业务的核心数据和相关实验分析，产出结论并推动业务迭代； 3、基建能力与指标体系搭建：协助建立基建能力的评估框架，持续监控数据并挖掘问题，支撑业务长期迭代。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、责任心强、执行力高，对内容体验有敏感度； 3、熟练掌握SQL、Excel，能独立完成基础数据分析； 4、有社区或内容产品、本地生活类项目经验者优先。
