1、本科及以上学历，计算机及其相关专业，熟悉Go、Python、Java等至少一门编程语言； 2、扎实的技术功底，具备测试和技术领域前瞻性探索能力，能够从技术角度主导和推进质量改进、技术革新、效率提升、专项测试、平台开发等工作； 3、熟悉软件开发和测试流程，有一定的技术架构能力； 4、具备搭建相关业务的测试工具、平台、框架、监控等工作测试工程师； 5、有服务端方向测试开发经验者优先。
