1、负责字节跳动商业产品矩阵（抖音、今日头条、西瓜视频等）移动端品牌广告产体验设计工作，包含不限于开屏、信息流、搜索等相关方向的广告样式设计产出； 2、基于抖音特性，挖掘兼顾客户与用户需求的创新亮点方案； 3、深入理解品牌广告，能把控相关项目设计视觉调性； 4、在产品设计迭代中，自驱与各协同团队配合，从数据和客户调研挖掘需求，转化为可行设计方案并推动落地； 5、具备设计系统方法论，有专业沉淀，可以参与品牌广告规范定制，为提供团队专业化建议，输出专业沉淀。

1、三年以上移动互联网设计经验，熟练运用Figma，具备一定AIGC能力，熟悉设计体系与工作流程； 2、深入理解品牌广告产品和交互设计思路，富有创新欲望，积极探索独特视觉表达，不盲目追随流行风格； 3、熟悉动效设计在产品设计中的各类应用与输出，能够设计创新型交互及动效； 4、具备出色的设计提案能力，能系统阐述设计思路并独立完成；拥有良好团队合作精神与开放心态。
