1、内容理解建设：优化短剧内容分类体系、内容理解相关模型，协同产品和算法完成高质量训练数据构建、标注规则优化、Prompt优化与效果评测等； 2、推动内容理解在红果短剧各分发场景的应用，覆盖短剧内容分发全链路，收集平台用户的需求和反馈，协同产品、研发推动提升用户体验； 3、搭建质量监控机制，定期跟踪标签、内容理解模型准召数据，发现业务问题并自主迭代优化。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、逻辑思维和数据分析能力良好，能从数据中发现问题、解决问题，互联网相关内容运营实习经验优先； 3、沟通协调能力优秀，擅长推动跨部门合作达成目标； 4、热爱内容，对内容有敏锐判断力，熟悉内容产品者优先，对短剧感兴趣者优先。
