1、战略经营分析： 1）结合C端和B端视角，建立生活服务的经营分析指标体系框架，定位异动原因，发现潜在机会点，协调各方明确目标和策略方向，解决项目推进中的关键问题； 2）对主要交易平台进行持续追踪，洞悉市场竞争格局变化，从竞争视角协助业务制定策略； 3）协助业务团队拆解业务运营逻辑，完成目标测算，明确达成路径，结合市场空间、竞争情况等明确增量业绩来源； 2、AI应用与提效工作： 1）探索和参与团队AI智能分析工具的场景验证、效果测试与落地，包括智能取数、自动归因、报告自动化等，沉淀AI+商业分析的最佳实践； 2）协助团队内部推广AI分析方法，并沉淀个人提效方法。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、对行业热爱，持续保持对生活服务业务的较高热情； 3、好奇心：有好奇心，敏锐学习，积极思考，探究本质； 4、有韧性：自驱力强，勇于接受各类挑战，具备优良的逆境适应能力，并能够持续寻求提升方法； 5、善协作：沟通坦诚、准确、简洁、理性，重视协作，能够影响他人为共同目标努力并促进结果达成； 6、熟悉各类AI工具和实践，利用AI做各类分析的提效工作。
