1、探索增长方向，洞察市场及客户的需求及变化，反哺增长及转化策略制定并推进实施； 2、制定营销/运营策略，建立数据化的运营体系和实验机制；完善客户标签/画像/旅程体系、客户群体/触点/内容/交互流程等关键环节的探索和组合设计； 3、有用户分层的能力，能洞察用户行为和特征，对用户进行分层运营，以提升用户的产品活跃/留存和使用深度； 4、有较强的业务分析能力、善于发现业务机会，持续关注运营/营销/AI最新发展趋势和潜在客户激活/用户运营的有效方法，并推进到业务实践中，提升业绩结果，对业务赋能与提效； 5、推动工具化能力建设，触点营销工具化、自动化，私域与客户管理系统的一体化建设； 6、跨团队合作，协调渠道资源、内容资源、线上线下活动资源等，推动相关运营策略落地执行。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具有良好的数据统计及分析能力，逻辑思维能力较强，爱思考钻研，对数据敏感，擅长从不同的数据中发现问题和机会；可实习六个月及以上，每周5天线下实习； 3、具有较强的自驱力及学习能力，关注行业动态及玩法，拥抱AI等新技术，并能不断将所学应用到自身业务，具备较强的创新思维；有小红书运营经验者优先； 4、积极面对挑战，目标意识强、结果导向，自我驱动强，抗压能力强，具有高度的责任心。
