日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：该团队负责字节跳动旗下部分内容安全产品的设计、质量把控和运营，保障产品安全，营造良好的内容创作和社区互动氛围。

1、协助项目经理管理AI数据标注项目，包括但不限于进度跟踪、培训校准、标注规则撰写等，确保项目顺利交付； 2、使用业务平台和工具监控标注团队工作质量与效率，定期生成可视化数据报告（日报/周报）； 3、协助日常项目文档维护，包括项目会议记录、SOP等管理； 4、执行项目数据的清洗、问题定位与基础分析，协助项目经理优化数据输出/输入流程，推动数据导向决策； 5、协助项目经理协调多方资源和进行跨部门沟通，确保信息同步，推动项目交付。

1、本科及以上学历在读，统计学、数据科学等相关专业优先； 2、每周至少全职工作4天，持续4个月以上； 3、英语口语流利，有海外学习、生活经验优先； 4、具有较强的逻辑思维能力，善于发现问题并提出解决方案； 5、具有良好的数据分析和项目管理能力，工作细致，执行力强。
