1、负责基于车载图像/视频数据，研发高精度的路牌/交通标志检测、跟踪与分类算法；利用最新视觉大模型（VLM）及场景文本识别（OCR）技术，实现复杂路牌的信息提取与版面分析； 2、结合BEV（鸟瞰图）感知架构与多视图几何技术，将2D图像中的路牌/交通标志精准投影至3D空间，实现目标的高精度绝对坐标解算与3D矢量化表达； 3、研发关联算法，解析路牌内容与当前道路、车道的拓扑指向关系（如悬空路牌对应特定车道）； 4、构建端到端的“路牌/交通标志”自动化标注产线与变化检测（Change Detection）算法。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、自动化、电子工程等相关专业； 2、精通CNN、Transformer、ViT等主流深度学习架构； 3、熟悉自然场景文本检测与识别（STR/OCR）算法； 4、精通Python/C++，具备优秀的算法实现与优化能力； 5、熟练使用PyTorch，熟悉TensorRT/ONNX等模型量化与加速工具。

加分项 1、深入理解并实践过BEV感知（如BEVFormer等）、端到端矢量化建图（如MapTR等）算法； 2、有Vision-Language Model（VLM）、SAM等视觉大模型在实际业务中微调和落地经验； 3、有地图自动化产线研发经验，或参与过“数据闭环/自动标注”系统搭建。
